This Ode to Aggie is a piece inspired by the fabulous cape worn by Debbie Reynolds' character "Aggie" in the movie Halloweentown. The cape is created from a deep red crushed velvet, trimmed in yellow brocade, and adorned with two "Moon and Stars" buttons at the neck. The cape has a traditional witches hood with an exaggerated peak. It can also be created with or without arm slits. The wonderful thing about this investment piece is that while it can certainly be worn for the Halloweentown character, it also can be worn as a traditional medieval cloak, renaissance piece, or for various theatrical events.
